Probably good ice set (armor and shield) + decent fire weapon.

And good pet. Dont forget a good pet!!

Hard, very hard  Stay sure you have a mastercraft ice set before you face her. She is even tougher that the dragon which fights you before meeting her. Than you need an epic fire weapon (melee or magic with strong special attack), good fire pet and companion (there's one good one in recent Harvest final quest - used as spell). Than you can also use some misc item for ice or base defense. Than attack, defense, attack, defesnse.. Be patient and have 25 of each potion with you. You're probably gonna need them.

i saw she has too much hp is she too strong too? i mean damage
