Antivirus is blocking AE launcher

Hello again! I am facing some issues connected to my antivirus software and Artix game launcher. Few days ago, everything seemed to be okay, my antivirus and launcher worked correctly, no problems etc. Yesterday, my antivirus software got an automatic update and sice then my AE lancuher is not working, it seems that my antivirus is blocking it somehow or prevents it from being launched. Can you help me? Can I just add AE launcher to some white list or something, because I have paid version of antivirus and I do not want to uninstall it and install another one. Is there any options where can I change permissions in the antivirus program? I was searching, but nothing has come up. Thank you guys agan.

Hi, again! First of all. Can you tell us which AV (antivirus) software are you using? Then we can maybe help.

I had similar problem but not with AE launcher but with another PC program that was blocked by my antivirus. I had bitdefender at the time. I just needed to switch some options in the settings and then on it worked without any problems.

So I think it is the similar problem than yours.

And maybe you should just turn off your antivirus program for a minute and start off the AE launcher to see if it is really the problem coming from the antivirus.

Yes that is exactly what I thoght when I came into that problem! I was looking through antivirus program options but have not found anything.

I am using Avast too, I can check in the options for some solutions.
